**Profile: Public Relation Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Devise and execute effective public relations strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Foster positive relationships with media representatives and key stakeholders.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and influencers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and interview requests.
- Create compelling and engaging content for press releases, articles, and other communication materials.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all communication channels.
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans to effectively manage and mitigate potential reputational risks.
- Act as a spokesperson during crisis situations, providing timely and accurate information.
- Plan and execute press conferences, product launches, and other PR events.
- Coordinate logistics and media attendance to maximize coverage.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with overall communication strategies.
- Provide guidance on effective internal communication practices.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
- Analyse the effectiveness of PR campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Manage the PR budget effectively, ensuring cost-effective strategies and optimal resource allocation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Public Relations Manager or similar role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Crisis communication experience is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,564.00 - ₹54,447.36 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
