**About the Job**:
The Motion Graphic Designer will work closely with the Creative Team and will be responsible for the design, layout, and motion graphics of all types of creatives in accordance with the brand image, visual identity, strategy, and values, alongside adding your own unique stylization. The artist is expected to execute high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics.

The primary focus of this role is to conceptualize and execute impactful visuals for various top global brands for digital marketing as well as associated engagement initiatives internally to ensure the effective flow of information and brand recall. The role requires one to have good knowledge and experience in working on strong visual storyboards and delivering high-quality motion design while adhering to strict timelines.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Must be proficient in Design (Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop), 2D, 3D animation, and motion graphics (After Effects).

2. Creating Motion graphic Videos and Promos for mailers, digital banners, social media carousels, and thumb-stopping ad campaigns.

3. Production of creative videos that meet the client’s communication requirements.

4. Must do end to end design conceptualization and development of visuals.

5. Strong knowledge of design dos and don’ts in accordance with the brand guidelines

6. Innovative design approach focusing on high quality, timely delivery in a quick-paced environment.

7. Understanding stakeholder requirements, industry trends, branding proficiency, and adding value with one’s unique sense of aesthetics.

8. Efficient use of the below-listed software’s:

- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Final Cut Pro

**Qualifications**:
1. Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in a reputed digital marketing agency but not exceeding 3 years.

2. Strong portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and animation skills is a MUST.

3. Solid experience in advanced graphics software (Adobe Creative Suite)

4. Good to have knowledge in 3D animation software such as Blender/Maya/Cinema4D, but not mandatory.

5. Solid understanding of all stages of motion graphic design

6. Familiarity with the latest trends in motion design and social media platforms

7. Good to have Graduation/Post-Graduation from a design school but not mandatory
