**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Contact prospective customers via phone calls to introduce our dealership, products, and services.
2. Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner to understand their automotive needs and interests.
3. Provide information on our vehicle inventory, promotions, financing options, and special offers.
4. Qualify leads and identify potential customers interested in scheduling appointments for sales consultations.
5. Follow up with leads and inquiries promptly to maintain ongoing communication and nurture relationships.
6. Record and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and appointments in the CRM system.
7. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
8. Stay informed about our product offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
9. Uphold company policies and standards for professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales role preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Ability to engage customers effectively and build rapport over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
**Education**:
- Diploma or Any Graduate or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.
