**International Patient Care Executives needed in Delhi NCR**

**Role Overview**

As a Patient Assistance Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our international patients, guiding them through hospital processes, coordinating with medical teams, and supporting their non-medical needs. This is a people-focused role where you’ll have the chance to meet and build life-long relationships with patients from Europe, USA, Africa, the Middle East, CIS countries, and beyond.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist patients from arrival in India to departure after treatment.
- Accompany patients for consultations, tests, admissions, and discharges.
- Coordinate with hospital staff and doctors for smooth treatment flow.
- Help with paperwork, billing, and medical reports.
- Support non-medical needs such as hotel check-ins, transport, and local guidance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Graduate (Hospitality, Healthcare, or related fields preferred).
- 0-4 years’ experience; freshers with excellent communication skills welcome.
- Good spoken & written English; knowledge of a foreign language helps, but is not mandatory.
- Friendly, dependable, presentable, and able to multitask.
