**Company overview**:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven **Business Development Executive** to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and contributing to the overall success of the company by aligning new business opportunities with our services and solutions.

**Key Responsibilities Summary**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and effectively promote products to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, support, product) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance through CRM systems.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong ability to generate leads and build lasting relationships with customers.
- Proficient in English communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage with customers from diverse cultural backgrounds.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
