1. Formulate and set quality policies according to global furniture quality standards and legal

regulations for quality control function.

2. Lead special inspection tool design process.

3. Manage all incoming material and component inspection activities, and develop and manage

4. Manage the disposal of non-conforming material, components and products, ensuring that

company and product quality requirements are met.

5. Monitor the verification and follow-up of quality issues occurring at the production line and

customer sites, ensuring all open NCM issues can be closed in a timely manner.

6. Interface with suppliers/OEMs on inspection methods, test report requirements in technical

agreements, master sample sign-off, on-site inspections, sorting arrangement, and NCM

components and products disposal method.

7. Keep drawing issues record and feedback to Product marketing and Engineering team on

monthly basis to drive improvement.

8.Manage and provide material/component test/inspection report to Marketing team for

Marketing promotional purpose.

9.Manage manufacturing quality: process audit, product audit, developing and updating

inspection working instructions and control plans, quality awareness training, process non
- conformity goods disposal, etc;
10. Oversee Mock-up/Control Sample quality inspections.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
