
Telecaller - Sales & Marketing

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Actively work on **IndiaMART**, **Justdial**, and other B2B portals to find potential customers.
- Follow up with leads, understand customer requirements, and pitch company products/services.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly targets.
- Share quotations, product details, and company profile with interested clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Report daily/weekly performance to management.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in sales, telecalling, or business development.
- Strong working knowledge of **IndiaMART** and **Justdial** portals (mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills in **Hindi & English**.
- Ability to convince and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic internet research.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
