- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with collaborators and institutions to build a reliable sample acquisition network.
- Coordinate with external research laboratories and partners to facilitate smooth sample collection and transport.
- Ensure all activities adhere to FDA-regulated guidelines, IRB protocols, and ICH GCP standards for ethical and scientific practices.
- Conduct thorough literature research to identify key professionals and institutions aligned with project needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, agreements, and sample details in company databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Development, R&D, and Regulatory, to align sample acquisition efforts with project goals.
- Prepare high-quality documentation, including agreements, sample protocols, and compliance reports, that meet applicable standards and stakeholder needs.
