**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive
**Location**: Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and acquire new merchants/retailers for Paytm products and services.
- Pitch Paytm’s payment solutions (QR code, Soundbox, POS, EDC machines, etc.) to potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Collect feedback from merchants and share insights to improve business strategy.
- Conduct field visits, generate leads, and convert them into successful closures.
- Handle merchant queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
- 0-3 years of field sales experience (Fresher with good communication skills can also apply).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
- Knowledge of local geography (Mumbai).
