We are a bunch of crazy people committed to the ethos of celebrating every win - small or big as part of our journey to **creating** **unmatched experiences every day** **Gameskraft is looking for a Principal Product Designer -** - Gameskraft is looking for a Principal Product Designer who will lead the design mandate for the Gamezy Product. - Our plan is to 10x the product experience and growth over the next 12 months. - You will have the ability to translate high-level strategy into compelling and beautiful user experiences. - You generate tons of ideas and can prototype them quickly, and you excel at crafting both intuitive UX and beautiful visual design. - This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape how millions of people play our games including fantasy cricket, poker, rummy and casual games like Ludo, Snakes and Ladders, Carrom, 8 Ball Pool etc. **As the Principal Product Designer, you will**: Making users love Gamezy product and brand experience - Fostering a culture of "design criticism" - Engaging with execs (including the leadership) on design reviews Providing/Evangelising the intellectual basis of design discussions (principles, themes,values) - Build and mentor a top-tier UI/UX/Game Design team **What we expect you will bring to the table**: - Experience and ability to work iteratively and agile creating harmony with your product and engineering partners. - Be the voice of the customer advocating what is best for them Mastery of design and prototyping tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud). - A degree in User Interface Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Game design or a related discipline is a plus Has mentored and built a team in a lead role. - Loves what you do **We wish you all the best
