**Key Responsibilities**:

- Bake, decorate, and assemble cakes for various occasions, ensuring they meet client specifications and quality standards.
- Design and create custom cake decorations, including fondant work, intricate piping, sugar flowers, and other decorative elements.
- Work closely with clients to understand their preferences and create bespoke designs that align with their vision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and hygiene regulations.
- Keep track of inventory and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are stocked and available.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in cake design and decorating techniques.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the baking and decorating process.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cake decorator or baker, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
- Expertise in various cake decorating techniques such as piping, fondant, airbrushing, and sugar work.
- Creativity and the ability to design cakes that are both visually appealing and delicious.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for excellence in every aspect of cake creation.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders at once.
- Excellent communication skills to work with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices in a kitchen setting.
- A degree or certification in baking or cake decoration is a plus, but not required.
