**What You’ll Do**

The IT Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the IT infrastructure and operations within the organization. This role includes ensuring the smooth functioning of IT systems at the research lab space and overseeing the software lifecycle management process.
- **Policy and Procedure Development**: Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations.
- **Vendor Management**: Engage with vendors, manage contracts, and ensure service level agreements are met.
- **Security Management**: Identify and mitigate security vulnerabilities, ensuring data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
- **Project Management**: Coordinate IT projects, including resource allocation, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
- **System Monitoring and Troubleshooting**: Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and resolve technical issues promptly.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Overall experience of 6 - 9 years
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2 - 4 years of supervisory experience.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT infrastructure with business goals.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions, data analytics, and process automation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Experience**:Proven experience in IT operations management, with a focus on software lifecycle management.
- **Skills**:Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills. Proficiency in IT infrastructure, software development, and security protocols.
- **Certifications**:Relevant certifications such as ITIL or PMP are a plus.
