Strategic Business Partner, Extended Workforce

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in vendor management, supplier management, or service delivery management.
- Experience working with executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Accreditation in Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), Institute of Supply Management, Customer Operations Performance Centre (COPC).
- Experience working with and managing partners in programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build relationships with decision-makers, and gain an understanding of their priorities within Product Areas and Bets.
- Provide strategic insight and support to the team.
- Leverage knowledge of the extended workforce space, key metrics, industry trends (e.g., AI), and challenges to articulate the value of the extended workforce solutions.
- Guide stakeholders toward extended workforce solutions that drive business outcomes and align with strategic goals.
- Drive strategic direction for the extended workforce program, build vendor partnerships, and advocate for performance to ensure improvement.
