- Experience working with executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- 10 years of experience in strategic business partnership and account management roles.
- 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role, driving large-scale and complex programs.
- Experiencing engaging with executive stakeholders (e.g., Director).
- Experience managing contingent workforce strategies and initiatives across functions.
- Experience in working with and managing partners in complex programs.
**About the job**:
gTech's Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team empowers Product Areas (PAs) to optimize external operations while reducing risks and driving efficiency through the enforcement of Google best practices and policies. We ensure our partners find the right talent in the right locations. Our collaboration across Google leads is to streamline processes, minimize administrative burdens and optimize the extended workforce (xW) experience. We ensure Google's policies and guidelines are consistently adhered to.
The Partner Engagement team builds essential relationships with PAs, Bets, Functions, and the Global Procurement Office (GPO). Our mission is to facilitate xW success, enforcing compliance, building resilient operations, and promoting durable cost savings. We prioritize understanding users needs to develop solutions that address their specific issues. This role directly shapes our PAs, Bets, and functions development and the formation of future-proof strategic solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
- Build trusted relationships with Director-level and executive decision-makers, gaining an understanding of their strategic priorities within product areas and Bets.
- Demonstrate expertise in Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) menu of services, support VPs to get the right talent by shaping and enforcing cost effective practices, and adherence to xWS policies.
- Demonstrate an understanding of VP business objectives, operating model, structure, demand vs capacity needs, and educate xWS with ongoing strategic insight to unlock economies of scale.
- Drive/support extensive change management within product areas to simultaneously launch multiple large-scale enterprise-wide xWS efforts, consult VPs on xWS policies, and understand the impact of changes.
- Understand cost-saving strategies and regulatory compliance requirements to position xWS solutions that drive results while mitigating risk.
