**About The Role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy **Recruiting Coordinator** to join our dynamic Recruiting team remotely from **India**.

This position is ideal for someone eager to advance their career in recruiting and make a meaningful impact. As our **first Recruiting hire in India**, you will **support our global recruiting efforts (primarily in India, but potentially in the US, LatAm, and/or APAC regions)**, by ensuring a seamless and positive hiring experience that embodies YipitData's culture and values.

Please note that this is a **fully remote position based in India.** We expect **some hours of overlap with US East Coast work hours**.

**As a Recruiting Coordinator, You Will**:

- Support **Global (India, US,**LatAm and/or APAC) Recruiting** **Operations** by:
- Creating, owning, and maintaining hiring processes in collaboration with our third-party recruiting teams and/or YipitData hiring managers
- Opening new roles in collaboration with Hiring Managers and/or the third-party recruiting team by posting job descriptions and configuring interview steps in Greenhouse, our ATS. Proficiency in G-Suite and the ability to quickly learn new technologies/systems will be key in this role
- Support **India and**US Recruiting** **Coordination** by:
- Scheduling remote (and at times, on-site) interviews while making sure any last-minute changes are quickly addressed and accommodated
- Developing strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships (with Hiring Managers, Recruiting, People Operations, Finance, and Legal teams, etc.) and maintaining effective communication channels. Your ability to seamlessly manage multiple hiring processes will be essential
- Improving and streamlining processes whenever possible
- Working on additional ad hoc duties as needed by the Recruiting Team

**You Are Likely To Succeed If You have**:

- **Experience**:1.5+ years as a Recruiting Coordinator or Operations Administrator in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of a business recruiting process is a big plus.**:

- **Communication**: Outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal, and great listening skills.
- **Tech-Savviness**: Proficient in G-Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs/Sheets), ability to quickly learn new technologies/systems. Knowledge of and experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and/or Canvas (ATS) is a big plus.
- **Career Interest**: Genuine interest in building a career in Recruiting (Recruiting Operations or Recruiter career path), and a genuine interest in YipitData
- **Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving**: Ability to address challenges effectively while maintaining attention to detail and strong sense of urgency/time management in owning multiple openings.
- **Adaptability**: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, efficiently prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- **Availability**: Ability to have some overlap with US East Coast hours.
