- Provide inputs to field staff and farmers in terms of technical agronomic criteria.
- Build capacity of staff in terms of agronomic criteria / technical knowledge related to better cotton cultivation practices
- Prepare own monthly plan and submit the same to the concerned officer of Company
- Solve queries of farmers and staff and suggest effective remedies for queries related to cotton cultivation
- Ensure quality implementation of agronomic criteria as suggested by the specific Sustainable Cotton Program for the farmers
- Motivate farmers to adopt recommended cotton cultivation practices and other criteria as suggested by the BCI and Company
- Conduct Village Visit and reviews meetings with field staff, Company Staff at regular intervals
- Give feedback about working style of field staff and suggest areas of improvements and capacity building
- Regular monitoring of agri. related data mentioned in the Farmer diaries and other reports prepared by the Field staff. Keeping close supervision on the project data with Project coordinator and Documentation Officer.
- Keep records of Pre and Post feedback after all types of Technical training / meetings/ activities on agronomic criteria
- Suggest innovative cost effective, environment friendly ideas of better cotton cultivation practices with prior approval of Company

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per month
