**Agronomist’s Position**:

- Consistently research and strategize for the company to find solutions to changes in soil, water, climate, weather, and pest damage.
- Visiting different fields to conduct surveys and studies for the company’s R&D. To assist with sourcing, testing and selection of plants.
- Testing harvest samples for quality control, nutritional deficiency, diseases, and other problems.
- Making sure the crop needs, such as lighting, soil pH, nutrition, water, etc. are met consistently.
- Maintaining detailed records of the farm, harvest, inventory, samples, etc.
- Identifying and resolving potential threats to crops yield, like pests and infections.
- Liasoning services with 3rd party vendors and companies, for procurement of raw materials, joint ventures, sales, and marketing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
