**Digital Marketing Specialist**

**Responsibilities**:
**Graphic Design & Visual Content Creation**:

- Develop brand-consistent graphics, including logos, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all visual content is optimized for various digital channels and devices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative visual campaigns.

**Web Design & Management**:

- Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Optimize website performance for speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience.
- Implement website analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and other elements for search engines.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and search engine performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.

**Digital Marketing & Campaign Management**:

- Create and manage social media content, engaging with followers and building brand awareness.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Manage online listings and reputation.
- Potentially manage paid advertising campaigns (PPC), if experience allows.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, graphic design, and web development.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW for creating vector graphics and visual content.
- Strong understanding of web design principles and HTML/CSS.
- Experience with website content management systems (CMS), preferably WordPress.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Experience with social media management.
- Familiarity with current digital marketing trends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
