As an ECCE Educator, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children during their formative years. You will create a academic contents and helps to create books for their learning, nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social development. Your passion for early childhood education and commitment to providing quality care will be essential in laying the foundation for lifelong learning.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Design and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote holistic growth in children aged 0-6 years.
- **Child Observation and Assessment**: Regularly observe and assess children's progress, documenting milestones and identifying areas for growth.
- **Parent Communication**: Foster open and collaborative relationships with parents/guardians through regular communication, parent meetings, and parent education sessions.
- **Individualized Support**: Provide individualized attention and support to children with diverse learning needs, ensuring each child reaches their full potential.
- **Professional Development**: Stay updated on current trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other educators and staff members to create a cohesive learning community that prioritizes the well-being and development of every child.
- **Community Engagement**: Engage with the wider community, including local organizations and resources, to enhance the learning experiences and opportunities available to children and families.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Complete administrative duties such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and attending staff meetings as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, B.ED. or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Relevant certification or licensure as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience or interest in working with young children in a classroom setting.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of individual children.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in relevant technology and educational tools/software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
