We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a crucial role in nurturing the growth and development of young children in our care. Your responsibilities will include creating a safe and stimulating learning environment, designing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
- **Content Development**: Develop content to create a books or related materials and assignment.
- **Individualized Learning**: Recognize and support the individual needs and learning styles of each child. Provide opportunities for children to explore and discover through hands-on experiences.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other educators and staff members to ensure continuity and consistency in the delivery of the curriculum. Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and ongoing training sessions.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Observe and assess children's development and progress regularly. Keep accurate records of observations, assessments, and anecdotal notes to inform planning and individualized support.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field / NTT / B.Ed (preferred).
- State-issued certification or licensure in Early Childhood Education.
- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Knowledge of child development principles, early childhood education theories, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.

**Location**: On site job at Noida sec - 16

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
