**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team at House of Anand. This role is pivotal in promoting and driving sales of ICA wooden finishes. The Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing a strong presence in the market, engaging with various stakeholders, and increasing product sales within the designated area.

Key Responsibilities:
1. **Sales and Marketing**: Promote and sell ICA wooden finishes to prospective customers, including homeowners, applicators, builders, painters, and architects.

2. **Market Research**: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and industry trends. Use data-driven insights to formulate effective sales strategies.

3. **Networking**: Build and maintain relationships with builders, painters, architects, and other key influencers in the construction and interior design industries.

4. **Site Visits**: Visit ongoing construction sites to engage with homeowners and applicators. Understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

5. **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of ICA wooden finishes and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.

6. **Sales Targets**: Set and achieve sales targets to drive revenue growth. Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.

7. **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, especially in the construction and interior design sectors.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of wooden finishes and construction materials (an advantage).
- Valid driver's license and access to transportation.
