Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Supervision:

- Oversee the day-to-day activities on interior execution projects.
- Ensure that project plans and timelines are followed closely.
- Coordinate with vendors, and the project team to maintain project progress.

2. Quality Control:

- Enforce strict quality control standards to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks throughout the project.

3. Budget Management:

- Monitor project expenses and ensure adherence to the budget.
- Report any cost overruns or discrepancies to the project manager.

4. Safety Compliance:

- Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and maintain a safe work environment.
- Address safety concerns promptly and report incidents as required.

5. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate project records, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
- Collaborate with the project manager to document any deviations from the original plan.

6. Problem Solving:

- Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the project.
- Work collaboratively with the project team to find solutions.

7. Communication:

- Maintain open and clear communication with the project manager, subcontractors, and team members.
- Keep stakeholders informed of project progress and any potential delays.

8. Industry Knowledge:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations.
- Ensure that all work complies with relevant standards and codes.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as an Interior Site Supervisor on interior execution projects is essential.
- Strong knowledge of interior design and construction industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
