Sie Supervisor

A **Site Supervisor** is responsible for overseeing the implementation of interior works at project sites. They ensure that the designer's vision is executed accurately and efficiently, coordinating between contractors, vendors, and the design team while managing time, quality, and materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Execution OversightEnsure interior work (woodwork, false ceiling, paint, lighting, flooring, etc.) is executed as per design drawings.Cross-check dimensions, materials, and placement with AutoCAD/3D drawings.Supervise modular furniture assembly and installation.

2. Coordination & CommunicationAct as the on-site point of contact between design office and labor/vendors.Communicate design revisions and ensure changes are implemented correctly.Coordinate schedules with electricians, carpenters, plumbers, and other trades.

3. Quality & Finish ControlEnsure top-notch workmanship and interior finishes.Monitor materials used for compliance with BOQ/specifications.Conduct snag checks and prepare punch lists before handovers.

4. Site Readiness & HandoverEnsure site cleanliness and readiness for client walkthroughs.Supervise final touch-ups, cleaning, and furniture/styling setup.

5. Material & Vendor ManagementCheck delivery of materials (tiles, laminates, lights, hardware) as per schedule.Keep inventory and report shortages or damages.Assist with vendor management and supervise outsourced work.

6. Daily Site ReportsMaintain daily progress reports with photos and notes.Share updates with the design team/project manager.Note delays, issues, and request approvals when needed

**Skills & Tools Needed Knowledge**of interior materials and fittings.Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD/SketchUp drawings.Basic measurement and leveling tools.Team coordination and time management skills.Microsoft Excel/WhatsApp for reporting.

Qualifications & ExperienceDiploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil, Architecture, or related field.1-5 years of site experience in interior projects.Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobes, office interiors is a plus.
