**Job Summary**:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecallers to join our Amazon SNP team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential or existing sellers to onboard them to Amazon’s Seller Networking Program. You will play a key role in promoting Amazon’s platform benefits and helping sellers get started.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective sellers to explain the benefits of Amazon’s Seller Networking Program.
- Handle inbound inquiries from interested sellers and guide them through the registration and onboarding process.
- Understand seller requirements and offer appropriate solutions or assistance.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and seller interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the team leader or manager.
- Provide accurate information regarding Amazon policies, seller tools, and benefits.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department or manager.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Quick learner with problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in telesales, BPO, or e-commerce support is an added advantage.
**Eligibility Criteria**:
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate in any stream.
- Must be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
**Working Conditions**:
- 6-day working week.
- Shift timings: 9.30am to 6.30pm.
