- **Patient assistance**: Guiding patients through payment options and completing necessary paperwork for financing.
- **Record keeping**: Maintaining detailed records of patient transactions and payments.
- **Customer service**: Providing excellent customer service and resolving any payment-related inquiries or concerns.
- **Adherence to policies**: Following established hospital procedures and protocols regarding financial transactions.
- **Assisting with patient scheduling**: Depending on the specific role, the cashier may also assist reception staff with patient booking and in-clinic coordination, says Groundwork Initiative.
- **Tracking cash flows**: Monitoring patient cash flow, credit, and insurance payments.
- **IPD Patient bill process**:Need to monitor and process advances, Consultation fee, lab and other related services bills, medicine bills, food bills, special room charges, other bills etc.
- **Maintaining a clean and organized workspace**: Keeping the checkout area tidy and sanitized.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
