Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately process payments, including cash, credit, and other transactions.
- Ensure correct pricing and accurate tallying of all sales.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
- Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and presentable.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products.
- Balance the cash register at the end of the shift and prepare necessary reports.
- Work closely with the store team to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Adhere to store policies and contribute to maintaining a professional environment.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Experience in the food or retail industry is a plus.
