**Job Title: Restaurant Cashier**

**Location**: HYDERBAD
**Reports to**: Restaurant Manager / Shift Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Restaurant Cashier to join our team. The Cashier will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing orders, and providing an excellent customer experience. This role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
- Accurately process customer orders and payments using the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy and integrity.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers as needed.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries, concerns, or issues with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, promotions, and specials to answer customer questions and offer recommendations.
- Ensure the cash register is balanced at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Keep the cashier station clean and organized.
- Communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Assist in restocking and organizing merchandise or supplies at the front counter.
- Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and sanitation.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a cashier or in customer service, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment.
- Strong numerical and math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in a busy, sometimes noisy environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
