**HIRING DIGITAL MARKETER CUM GRAPHIC DESIGNER**

DLCO Infra Projects Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a Digital Marketer & Graphic Designer. This role involves working on in-house digital activities, optimizing website content, creating engaging materials for social media campaigns, and ensuring brand consistency. Both full-time and part-time/freelancer positions are available. For freelancers, weekly visits to the office will be required.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Digital Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with DLCO's business goals.
- Optimize website content pages for improved user experience and search engine visibility.

2. **Content Creation**:

- Write compelling content for the website and social media campaigns that reflects DLCO's brand identity.
- Design engaging visuals, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing representation across platforms.

3. **Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough competitor analysis, collecting relevant information against market trends.
- Utilize findings to enhance DLCO's digital presence and stay ahead in the industry.

4. **Industry Experience**:

- Demonstrate a proven track record and experience in website content optimization, content writing, and graphic design within the relevant industry.

**Skills**:
1. **SEO and SEM Expertise**: Optimize content for search engines and manage SEM campaigns to increase online visibility.

2. **Creativity**: Strong creative and artistic skills, with the ability to conceptualize and develop visually appealing designs.

3. **Social Media Management**: Create and manage social media campaigns, engaging with the audience to build brand presence.

4. **Typography and Color Theory**: Understanding of typography principles and knowledge of color theory.

5. **Content Marketing**: Develop and execute content marketing plans, creating compelling content for various digital platforms.

6. **Analytics and Data Analysis**: Proficient in using analytics tools to measure and analyze digital marketing campaign performance.

7. **Digital Advertising**: Plan, execute, and optimize online advertising campaigns across platforms.

**Scope of Work**:
1. **Campaign Planning**: Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns, considering the target audience and marketing objectives.

2. **Content Creation**: Create and curate engaging content for various digital platforms, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements.

3. **Social Media Management**: Manage and optimize social media profiles, creating and scheduling posts, and engaging with the audience.

4. **Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**: Optimize website content for search engines, improving organic search rankings.

5. **Graphic Design for Marketing Collateral**: Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, and promotional items that align with brand guidelines.

6. **Website Graphics**: Develop visually appealing graphics for websites, including banners, icons, and other web elements.

7. **Illustrations**: Create custom illustrations or infographics to enhance content and communicate complex ideas.

**Work Mode Specifics (For Freelancers)**:

- **Frequency of Office Visits**: Freelancers will be required to visit the office once or twice a week.
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with in-house teams during office visits to align strategies and ensure project coherence.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in website content optimization, content writing, and graphic design.
- Relevant educational background in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
