**Responsibilities**:
1. **Tele-calling**: Contacting prospective students or clients via phone calls to provide information about available courses, career paths, and educational opportunities.

2. **Course Awareness**: Keeping updated knowledge about various courses, educational programs, and career paths to effectively guide individuals in making informed decisions.

3. **Academic Counseling**: Providing personalized guidance to individuals regarding their academic and career goals, helping them explore different options, and offering advice on suitable courses or educational paths.

5. **Arranging and Participating in Events**: Organizing educational events, seminars, workshops, and career fairs to promote course awareness and facilitate networking opportunities for students or clients.

6. **Course Registration**: Assisting individuals with course registration procedures, including guiding them through the registration process, explaining course requirements, and helping them select suitable courses.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (Plus Two/12th grade).
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- **Empathy**: Ability to understand and empathize with the challenges students face.
- **Organizational Skills**: Effective organization and time management skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's Degree**: In education, counselling, psychology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2+ experience in academic counselling or related roles.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications in counselling or education.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
