Job Description: Steel Fixer

**Position**: Steel Fixer
**Location**: Middle East Star General Contracting Company, Saudi Arabia

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints for steel reinforcement.
- Cut, bend, and shape steel bars or mesh to the required dimensions using hand tools or machinery.
- Assemble and fix steel bars, rods, or mesh in concrete forms to reinforce structures.
- Ensure proper spacing, alignment, and secure fixing of reinforcement steel using binding wire or welding.
- Inspect and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other team members.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in steel fixing or related construction work.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards.
- Physical fitness to handle labor-intensive tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

**Working Hours**: 9 hours/day, 6 days/week
