**Job Profiles**:
**Steel Fixer**:

- Responsibilities include fabricating and fixing steel reinforcements in concrete structures.
- Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints.

**Carpenter**:

- Proficient in carpentry skills, including cutting, shaping, and installing building materials.
- Ability to work with various types of wood and other construction materials.

**Steel Structure Fitter**:

- Skilled in assembling and fitting steel structures based on engineering specifications.
- Experience in using hand and power tools for cutting, welding, and shaping steel.

**General Labour**:

- Responsibilities include assisting in various construction tasks, such as loading and unloading materials, site cleaning, and supporting other workers as needed.
