Their responsibilities include planning, organizing, and controlling project tasks, as well as ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Key Responsibilities:

- **Project Management**:Plan, organize, and control project activities, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- **Workforce Management**:Supervise and direct the activities of construction workers, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel.
- **Safety Compliance**:Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications, and conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
- **Quality Control**:Monitor work quality, ensure adherence to project plans and specifications, and implement corrective action when necessary.
- **Communication & Coordination**:Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, coordinating activities and resolving conflicts.
- **Resource Management**:Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, equipment, and time.
- **Reporting**:Prepare and maintain project records, reports, and documentation.
