The Social Media Optimizer is responsible for enhancing the performance and effectiveness of the company's social media presence. This role involves analyzing data, implementing optimization strategies, and staying updated with platform algorithms and best practices. The Social Media Optimizer will work closely with the Social Media Marketing team to improve engagement, reach, and overall impact on target audiences.

Skills Required:

- 1-2 years of experience in social media optimization or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of social media algorithms and current trends.
- Proficiency in creating and managing content calendars.
- Ability to organically promote social media pages.
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and boosting activities.
- Expertise in identifying target customers on different social media channels.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Sprout Social, BuzzSumo, and Hootsuite.
- Knowledge of YouTube content creation and SEO optimization.

Roles and Responsibility:
1. Content Creation and Scheduling:

- Develop and curate engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms.
- Create and manage a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule.

2. Organic Social Media Promotion:

- Implement strategies to increase organic reach and engagement on social media channels.
- Utilize knowledge of social media algorithms to optimize content for better visibility.

3. Facebook Ads Management:

- Create and manage Facebook advertising campaigns using the Ads Manager tool.
- Utilize boosting activities to reach a wider audience and drive engagement.

4. Target Audience Identification:

- Identify and define the target customer segments specific to each social media platform.
- Tailor content and engagement strategies to resonate with the target audience.

5. Social Media Tool Proficiency:

- Utilize social media management tools like Sprout Social, BuzzSumo, Hootsuite, etc., for efficient content scheduling and analysis.

6. YouTube Expertise:

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of YouTube, including content creation and SEO optimization.
- Execute video campaigns to increase engagement and subscribers on the platform.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
