**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with daily office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as needed.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and ordering as necessary.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with team members to support various projects and initiatives.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records and documentation for office activities and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
