**Requirements**:

- _**Expertise with Scientific concepts/topics at the school level (ICSE, CBSE, IB Level, A Level, O Level, AS Level)**_
- _**Experience with holding an HOD (Head of Department) - Science (Chemistry/Physics/Biology) position (minimum 3 years)**_
- _**Full professional proficiency/fluency in English language (writing, speaking and reading)**_
- _**Minimum 5 years of experience with teaching ICSE, CBSE,**_ _**IB Level, A Level, O Level, AS Level - Science (Chemistry/Physics/Biology) content**_
- _**Subject Matter Expert (Chemistry) (Organic/Physical Chemistry) (Physics/Biology) experience is mandatory**_
- _**Acute attention to detail**_
- _**Excellent communication and coordination skills**_

- Master of Science in Chemistry/Physics/Biology (MSc Chem, MSc Phy)
- Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the fields of either Chemistry, Physics, or Biology
- Basic knowledge, skills and working functionality awareness for Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong work ethics and high work quality standards

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrating sound judgment and the ability to make informed, timely decisions, even in high-pressure or uncertain situations.
- Taking ownership of decisions and standing by them with confidence while remaining open to constructive feedback and reflection.
- Representing the organisation in academic panels, conferences, or webinars as a thought leader in mathematics education.
- Staying updated with national/international trends in math education and incorporating best practices.
- Leading innovation in areas like AI in education, adaptive assessments, and personalised learning.
- Leading with clarity and consistency, ensuring alignment with organisational values, academic goals, and student wellbeing.
- Encouraging a culture of accountability, while modeling professional integrity and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Designing and conducting teacher training programs, workshops, and certification modules for partner schools and internal teams.
- Collaborating with school leadership to ensure successful implementation of all three sciences (Chemistry, Physics and Biology) programs.
- Participating in pilot programs and feedback loops with schools, field teams, and QA.
- Planning work schedules ahead of time, in concurrence with team members and other leaders.
