**JOB PURPOSE**

What is the main purpose or objective of the job; and what will it contribute to the overall business of the company.

To conduct the theory and practical classes of IMA- Banking programme, using latest teaching pedagogy, practical laboratory demonstrations, and field work while fulfilling the responsibilities of internal / external evaluation process and student welfare.

**WORK RELATIONS**

Main interfaces
- with whom do you have regular contact in carrying out your duties (whom do you report to/who do you functionally report to/whom do you have interface within and outside the organization?)

Internal Interface - Students enrolled for the programme, HOD -Banking, Fellow Faculty members, Administrative Staff, Program Manager / Coordinator and Technical staff.

External Interface - Prospective students, Consultants and Industry experts, Vendors, Guest and Visiting faculty.

Reporting to - HOD -Banking

**CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**

List the critical accountabilities that must be achieved in order that the job purpose is fulfilled.

Delivery of lectures / conducting tutorials / training sessions for Banking programme, in accordance with the timetable.

Implementing internal assessments to understand if the course is well grasped by the students.

Help and support to train and develop fellow faculty / teaching staff.

Checking the technical relevance of the Instructional plans, course design and curriculum upgradation as required or practiced by the Banking Industry.

**KEY SUCCESS FACTOR**

How is the success in the position measured?

Successful implementation of academic calendar and completion of syllabus on time.

Conducting all activities, exercises, projects and workshops as planned in the programme guide.

Successful completion of internal and external examination / evaluation processes when assigned.

Work Experience

Qualification
- CAIIB qualification preferred with Degree/ Post graduate in Finance/Commerce.
- **Skills and Knowledge**_

Exposure / updated Knowledge of Banking Industry are a must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
