1. Entry of all cash and bank transactions in tally.

2. Bank Reconciliation to be done in tally.

3. Payment vouchers, cheque preparation after scrutiny of all approvals etc.

4. Payroll preparation with the help of HR

5. Professional payments after all checks.

6. Preparation Vouchers, filing and keeping documents in order.

7. TDS to be deducted on all payment towards contracts, professional charges & salary.

8. TDS to be remitted to the bank on or before 7th of every Month.

9. Quarterly TDS return (called as ETDS) to be filed to Income Tax on or before 15thJuly, 15th October, 15th January and 15th June of every year.

10. ETDS to be filed with Karvy Consultants at Malleshwaram.

11. Profession tax has to be filed every month on or before 15th.

12.. Salary TDS to be calculated in the month of November and accordingly deduction has to be made from employee salaries.

14. Fees Reconciliation has to be done on day to day basis in Tally only (For Colleges)

15. Details pertaining to Rent, External faculty payments, fees records, security deposit records, PF, PT, TDS details, university fee receipts and payment details, electricity payments, fixed assets additions list, examination expenses, Insurance details are to be prepared for the entire year and submitted to Auditors

16. Liaison with Auditors to furnish all the required information.

17. Pass sheets should be collected from Bank/MMC every month for reconciliation.

18. No manual vouchers are to be prepared under any circumstances.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
