We are seeking an experienced **Solution Architect** to lead the design and delivery of cutting-edge solutions leveraging **.NET** and **AWS** technologies. You will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into scalable, secure, and innovative cloud-native solutions while working collaboratively with teams and clients to ensure technical excellence and alignment.

**Responsibilities**
- Understand business goals and align solution architectures accordingly
- Design solutions in alignment with Enterprise Architecture blueprints when applicable
- Leverage architecture best practices, including structured design processes, architecture quality frameworks, and viewpoint/view-based architecture descriptions
- Prepare and deliver critical solution architecture documents, such as Solution Architecture Documents and Architecture Assessment Reports
- Lead whiteboarding sessions and solution brainstorming workshops with customers and technical teams
- Collaborate on defining non-functional requirements (NFRs) like performance, security, scalability, and availability, ensuring alignment with quality frameworks like Utility Trees and QAW
- Architect new, greenfield solutions from inception by weaving together cross-domain technologies for innovative project outcomes
- Drive discussions related to integration, scalability, and security, ensuring complete solutions across technology domains
- Act as a trusted advisor in technical discussions, solution presentations, and architecture workshops with customers
- Support detailed planning activities, including the development of work breakdown structures (WBS) and detailed solution narratives

**Requirements**:

- Experience of 13-17 years in solution design and development
- Strong experience in.NET Core/.NET 6/8/9, C#, and Web API
- Knowledge of Microservices Architecture, React, and cloud-native designs on AWS
- Background in leading 3+ projects in a Solution Architecture capacity within the last 5 years
- Capability to design across technology domains, including integration, security, and scalability
- Expertise in preparing solution architecture deliverables such as WBS, solution diagrams, and architecture narratives
- Hands-on experience architecting new solutions from inception (greenfield projects)
- Practical understanding of NFRs (performance, security, scalability, availability) and quality frameworks such as Utility Trees and QAW
- Proficiency in technical customer-facing engagements, including solution presentations and architecture workshops
- Facility for design thinking and a solution assembly mindset that converges multiple technologies and methodologies
