We are seeking an experienced **Cloud Solution Architect** with over 15 years of expertise in designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in guiding the design and deployment of scalable, secure, and efficient cloud solutions for our clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud technologies across multiple industries, with a focus on creating innovative solutions that drive business transformation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cloud Solution Design**: Lead the design and architecture of cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) tailored to meet client requirements, ensuring they align with business goals and objectives.
- **Strategic Planning**: Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, creating cloud strategies and roadmaps for adoption and migration.
- **Solution Implementation**: Oversee and guide the implementation of cloud solutions, ensuring successful deployment, configuration, and integration of cloud services.
- **Technical Leadership**: Provide technical leadership to development and operations teams, ensuring best practices in cloud architecture, security, scalability, and cost optimization.
- **Cloud Migration**: Lead and execute large-scale cloud migration projects, ensuring mínimal disruption and optimal transition to cloud environments.
- **Performance & Optimization**: Monitor cloud environments and implement strategies to optimize cloud infrastructure performance, cost, and security.
- **Security & Compliance**: Ensure that solutions adhere to cloud security standards and regulatory requirements, including data protection, privacy laws, and compliance frameworks.
- **Client Engagement**: Engage directly with clients to assess needs, provide recommendations, and develop tailored cloud solutions that meet business challenges.
- **Mentorship & Training**: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineering teams, helping them to grow in their roles and align with cloud best practices.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of emerging cloud technologies, tools, and trends, integrating relevant innovations into client solutions.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 15+ years of experience in cloud solution architecture, with a strong background in designing and implementing large-scale cloud solutions.
- **Cloud Expertise**: In-depth knowledge of major cloud platforms like AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including architecture, services, and best practices.
- **Solution Architecture**: Proven experience in designing highly available, fault-tolerant, scalable, and secure cloud-based solutions.
- **Technical Leadership**: Strong leadership capabilities to drive cloud projects and work with cross-functional teams to deliver successful solutions.
- **Security & Compliance**: Deep understanding of cloud security protocols, identity and access management (IAM), and data encryption methodologies.
