Recruiter Professional - Campus

**Responsibilities**:
- 1. Develop and implement campus recruiting strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges.- 2. Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, faculty, and campus ambassadors to enhance recruitment efforts.- 3. Plan and coordinate campus recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.- 4. Conduct presentations and workshops to promote our organization and opportunities to students.-
- 6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly.- 7. Coordinate internship programs and manage relationships with interns.-
**Requirements**:
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- 2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in campus recruiting or related HR functions.-
- 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- 5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.- 6. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.- 7. Flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends as needed for campus events.- 8.
