**Position**: Customer Service Executive

**Job Location**: Veshvi, Navi Mumbai.**Experience Required**: Min 1 to 2 years’ experience in customer service profile with good written & verbal communication. (Fresher with Good verbal & written communication can be considered)**Qualification**: Graduate in any stream from recognized university.

Residents of Navi Mumbai will be preferred. Knowledge of the local language will be treated as an advantage.

Knowledge/Skills Required: Good written verbal communication for communicating with visitors and clients as and when required.
- **Job Role**:

- Preparation Daily Pendency Reports, Reefer Inventory Report, Import & Export 24hrs & 12 Hrs Report.
- Daily coordination with customer and updates on daily delivery plan to get it from customer.
- Coordinating with customer to get the details of New Job Order.
- Invoice Generation
- Regular coordination and communication with customers, Internal Departments.
- Should have knowledge of shipping line process
- Should have knowledge of types of customer reports.
- Should have knowledge of Bond & LOI, EIR Copy, ENBLOCK.
- Knowledge of Operations processes between Port & CFS.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
