**Role: Telemarketing Expert**

**Shift Timing - 03:30 am to 12:30 pm (IST)**

**Job Brief**:
As a telemarketing expert you will be required to generate qualified appointments for our sales team through cold calling in a fast-paced sales environment. As a telemarketer you must be friendly, persuasive, patient and cool-tempered to deal with rejections and rebuttals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Cold call prospects using google, yellow pages or lead list to set legitimate appointments.
- Provide information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their benefits.
- Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
- Persuade the customer to meet our business expert for further presentation.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all day-to-day calls via CRM.
- Rescheduling appointments, meetings, and calls as per the customer’s requests.
- Upsells customers to larger products or higher priced services.
- Maintains a list of potential leads and follows up for appointments.

**Profile Prerequisites**:
1 years’ experience in a similar role.

Excellent sales and cold calling skills.

Strong negotiation and customer control skills.

Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.

Incentive driven and target oriented.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- International voice process: 1 year (required)
- Lead generation: 1 year (required)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- fluent English (required)
