**Electrical Maintenance - Assistant Manager**
**Experience Required: 8+ Years**
**Location: Chinchpada, Silvassa**
**Salary: Upto 10 LPA**
- Installation, commissioning of new machinery/equipment To impart interactive functional training to Electrical team & concerned persons
- Effective Periodic Maintenance planning, and its adherence, timely analysis & control
- To reduce break down hours of the equipments.
- Process monitoring, review & modification / development in machines
- Condition monitoring, system development & control - Spare part inventory management and material indenting.
- Development of indigenous spares for imported ones to reduce the spares' cost & lead time
- To communicate/liaison with external authorities, suppliers & service providers to carry out concerned jobs
- Continual improvement of maintenance system
- Assist in preparation & updation of maintenance manual/procedure/systems
- Maintaining job cards for maintenance work undertaken on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Generating Maintenance reports as per prescribed format.
- Overseeing the electrical maintenance team and coordinating their activities to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
- Planning and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for electrical equipment and systems to minimize breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Authorizing the diagnosis and resolution of electrical issues, breakdowns, and malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime and production losses.
- Conducting regular inspections of electrical equipment, machinery, and systems to identify potential faults or safety hazards.
- Managing and authorizing the procurement of electrical spare parts and ensuring an adequate inventory to support maintenance activities.
- Ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for employees.
- Identifying opportunities for energy-saving initiatives and implementing measures to optimize energy consumption and reduce costs.
- Arranging training sessions for the maintenance team to enhance their skills and knowledge of the latest electrical technologies and practices.
- Overseeing the budget allocated for electrical maintenance activities and ensuring that expenditures remain within the approved limits.
- Evaluating and managing relationships with external contractors and service providers for specialized electrical maintenance tasks.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repairs carried out for reference and analysis.
- Identifying areas of improvement in electrical systems and suggesting modifications or upgrades to enhance reliability and performance.

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
