**Qualifications**
**Diploma/B-tech / M-tech.**

**Electrical / Mechanical**
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks** etc. software's.
- Experience in creating MEP BIM Modeling
- Knowledge of MEP BIM Modeling principles
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include proficiency in relevant BIM software (such as **AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks**), knowledge of sustainable design practices, and familiarity with industry standards and regulations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
