As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural and structural components of construction projects. Your expertise will ensure seamless coordination between different disciplines and facilitate effective project collaboration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD) to develop detailed 3D models of architectural and structural elements according to project specifications.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of models, incorporating design changes and revisions as needed.
- Generate coordination drawings and construction documents based on BIM models, highlighting spatial relationships and design intent.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design conflicts and ensure constructability.
- Leverage Dynamo scripting to automate repetitive tasks and enhance BIM workflows, improving efficiency and productivity.
- Create custom families and components within BIM software to meet project requirements and standards.
- Conduct clash coordination using Navisworks or similar software to detect and resolve conflicts between different building systems and disciplines.
- Coordinate with project teams to address clash issues and optimize spatial arrangements for improved constructability.
- Implement construction cloud workflows for document management, version control, and collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Facilitate coordination meetings and workflow integration to streamline communication and decision-making processes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination, preferably in architectural and structural disciplines.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, and Navisworks, with advanced skills in structure and architecture modeling.
- Strong understanding of Dynamo scripting for workflow automation and family creation.
- Experience with clash coordination processes and tools, including Navisworks clash detection.
- Familiarity with construction cloud platforms (e.g., BIM 360, Procore) and their integration into BIM workflows.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality BIM deliverables on schedule.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 per month
