Start.io's direct integration with over 500,000 monthly active mobile apps provides access to unprecedented levels of global first-party data, which can be leveraged to understand and predict behaviors, identify new opportunities, and fuel growth. Our clients team is expanding and we are now looking for a professional Ad Operations Specialist is responsible for managing Ops support functions: Ad operations support, Ticketing, Task management and issue investigation. You will be data-driven, self-motivated, and flexible to frequent changes. You are expected to think creatively about nebulous issues and are passionate about problem-solving and also be able to work successfully across teams (Business Development, Account Management, Product), and use your technical and analytical expertise to proactively drive solutions for change and ensure safe experiences with all stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own Support & Ticketing queue
- Work on Optimization strategies to maximize revenue for campaigns or publisher accounts.
- Support an international team with Ad operation tasks daily.
- Build, organize, and develop processes on maximizing quality and efficiency and identify automation opportunities as we scale our support.
- Develop strong cross-functional partnerships to implement optimal solutions.
- Improve operations by understanding challenges and needs, and build scalable solutions to address industry segments and constituent pain points.



**Requirements**:

- Preferred 2-5 years of Product solutions / Client solutions/ Campaign management/ Ad operation management, Analytics experience/ Excel/ Tech savvy in online advertising.
- Programmatic ad-tech experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of ad product types and appropriate product fit for any given publisher.
- Experience in a fast-paced start-up environment and support operations
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects and solving problems.
- Strong analytical skills, tech-savvy/tech-oriented with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; confidence in communicating with clients.
