The Legal Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the organization complies with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements. The Compliance Manager will develop and implement legal compliance policies and procedures, monitor compliance with these policies and procedures, and advise the organization's leadership team on compliance-related matters. The Legal Compliance Manager will also be responsible for keeping up to date with changes to legal or regulatory requirements and ensuring that the organization's legal compliance program remains current and effective.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
- Monitor compliance with compliance policies and procedures and ensure that corrective actions are taken when necessary. Develop and deliver compliance training to employees and management.
- Conduct compliance audits and assessments to identify areas of risk and non-compliance. Ensure that the organization's records and documentation meet legal / regulatory requirements.
- Stay up to date with changes to regulatory requirements and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders. Advise the organization's leadership team on compliance-related matters.
- Investigate compliance-related incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory agencies as required. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that compliance is integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations.
- Follow & commit with Yotta’s Policy statements (eg. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/PIMS/ITSM etc)
- Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time.
- Participation in Risk assessment process, contribute in achieving departmental & management system objectives & Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience working in a regulated industry is a plus.
- Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) are a plus.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in law (LL.B.) is must. Master’s degree in law (LL.M.) is an added advantage. - Minimum of 2 (two) years of work experience in legal compliance
