- Legal Cell (Junior/Entry Level)**

Scrutiny of Legal Documents such as Affidavit for Signature, Succession Certificate, Probate of Will etc

Scrutiny of documents pertaining to Issue of duplicate share certificates and Transmission of Securities without legal representation comprising of Questionnaire Form, Affidavit, Indemnity and Surety.

Preparation of Board Notes, Forwarding to the Company, Updation of the System for Moverment of Documents.

Investigation, Outwarding and Replies to Letters pertaining to Document Registration and Issue of duplicate share certificates.

Forwarding documents for transmission, Release of Dividends.

Despatch of Letters, Updation on System,Generation of Bulk.

Attending to Demat Request, Scrutiny and Registration of Documents.

Attending to Transmission Cases including Registration of Documents.

Data Entry and Verification of Legal Documents. Approval of Documents, Checking of Documents, Filing of Documents.

Arranging of Documents an

Handling of IEPF related activities i.e Preparation of Report, Maintence of Data of IEPF, Forwarding of Report to Companies.

Any Other Activity as may be assigned by Team Members/Superiors.

Providing of Data and Information to Client Companies.

Special Projects pertaining to Rights, Bonus etc.

Compliance and Reports to be given to various Statutory Authorities.

Updation of Stop Transfer Cases and Approval of these cases.

Training of Sub-ordindates and New Joinees.

Superivsion of IEPF related activities.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
