**In This Role, You Will**:

- ** Data Management**: Process and update mortgage-related information accurately in our systems, ensuring all documentation and data are complete and up-to-date.
- ** Documentation Review**: Review and verify mortgage documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- ** Compliance**: Adhere to all regulatory and company compliance standards, ensuring that all interactions and documentation meet required guidelines.
- ** Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and team members, providing regular updates and follow-ups as necessary.
- ** Reporting**: Prepare and submit reports on processing metrics, customer feedback, and any issues encountered during the mortgage process.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Graduate Fresher’s or HSC + Minimum 6 months of experience.
- Customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to changing processes and requirements.
