- This role is responsible for accurate and timely Order Management and delivery of complex products for the customers across a set of products providing expertise on product, technical, and process aspects for Ceasing delivery requirements. Having basic understanding of Telecom background is key to increase customer satisfaction and to ensure a high quality service fulfilled in a timely manner.Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work with Suppliers, procurement teams, Account Teams, Finance Teams and Local Teams to provide costs and orders for complex service requests- Follow and run product or service specific processes- validate the requirements from Order Management Tool and progress accordingly- Manage the handovers between the different departments during pricing and ordering activities and promptly raise and resolve any issue- Keep the requestor informed about the progress of their request- Highlight possible improvements in the process- Accountable for end to end timely management of Customer Complex Service Requests- Perform proactive jeopardy management and escalations to ensure adherence to SLA- Update Service Request Management standard systems- Network configuration
- Language- French : Able to read, write and communicate in French- Proficiency Level : B1English : Able to read, write and talk in English is an advantageAbility to meet the customers’ needs inline with the business requirement
Working with acooperative and positive attitude ina group settings to achieve common goals
The ability to convey in formation to someone effectively and efficiently
Ability to comprehend and to system aticallyorganize the various aspects of a problemorsituation
Agility with systems and processes
Proactive attitude towards completing high quality work on time
Both commercially and technically savvy
Ability to comprehend and to systematically organize the various aspects of a problem or situation
Good knowledge of MSOffice Applications
High level of accuracy
Good commercial sense
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to work with needs and risks from all stakeholders and negotiating the required outcomes
Bachelor degree
Relevant working experience in Customer Service environment
Interest in telecommunication field is an advantage
